Oceanfront Studio * $72-$129

These units can include a king bed, a queen bed, 2 queen beds or a queen and 2 single beds. Most rooms have kitchens and all rooms have a balcony or patio with a great view.

Oceanfront One-bedroom Suites * $89-$159

Our suites have a separate bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchens and one or two bathrooms. Most suites have a sofa sleeper or other sleeping accommodations in the living room. All have a balcony or patio with a great view.

Oceanfront Two-bedroom Suites * $129-$209

These suites have two bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. Each suite has two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a living room that opens onto the balcony with a great view.

Oceanfront Townhomes * $219-$345

These beautiful 2 or 3 bedroom and 2 bath units are magnificently furnished and offer amenities such as fireplaces, maple cabinetry, Jenn-Aire appliances, 10-foot ceilings with ceiling fans, tiled bathrooms, and utility rooms with washer and dryer. Each has a back deck adjacent to the river and a wonderful view of the ocean.

Directions to Neskowin Resort

Take I-5 to 99W. Highway 99W has an exit that splits onto Highway 18

and has a sign that says "Ocean Beaches". Take Highway 18 all the way to

Highway 101. Get off of Highway 18 at the exit for Highway 101 N, this takes

you in the direction of Neskowin and Tillamook. Approximately 8 miles after

you turn onto Highway 101 you will see the sign for Neskowin Resort on the

left. Our driveway is right before the sign and our office is just ahead on

the right after you turn into the parking lot.
